Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind. Latin American women are paid fair-trade wages to hand craft these bags and accessories, and each item is cut and constructed by hand. These possible, minor imperfections are not only part of the artesian handcrafting, but also part of the charm and ethos of each item. No returns will be accepted based on the unique marks or materials of any product. And further, we at Glad Rag Bags consider it a very rare and lucky occurance to receive a bag with such unique markings. All sales are final. Any damages claimed due to shipping must be proven and processed with the shipping company. If there are possible shipping damages please be sure to photograph and document the damages, then report it to the shipping agency as well as our customer service.

If there is a defect please contact us with images and a detailed explanation of the failure.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail when the return request has been processed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Inability to ship will be clearly stated under the applicable product.

Products will be packaged and delivered to USPS for shipping within 2-4 days, or earlier.

If the item is out of stock, the expected shipping date will be 2-4 weeks due to the nature of the bag construction. Should you wish to cancel your order due to these circumstances, a full refund will be approved. You will be notified when the item has shipped via email.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
